Citiciss

The smallest and lightest of all known Zoanoids, his zoaform was extremely bird-like - specifically, like a hawk - with arms that were modified to completely functional wings (although he did still have functional hands, as well). His eyes were disproportionally large and very keen, able to read an individual's lips from four kilometers away.

He was designed specifically as a scout, and could act as a living camera, with a Zoalord looking through his eyes.
