Genzo in the Manga.
The adoptive father of Agito Makishima and a high ranking member of Chronos. He eventually lost his position, as the head of Chronos Japan, after he lost the three G-Units and constantly failed to retrieve them. He was eventually transformed into the first Enzyme as punishment. He was sent to fight and kill Guyver I, as Enzyme, to retrieve his control metal. He held victory in the fight against Guyver I, ripping the control metal from his head. Though ripping off the control metal didn't truly kill him and resulted in him turning into a Bio Boost Creature. The creature charged towards Enzyme. But he self-destructed himself finally killing Guyver I, which also resulted in Genzo's death.
