Yamamura in the Manga.
The former college professor of Masaki Murakami. He was captured by Chronos during excavations at Mount Minakami and forced to work at Chronos as one of it's many scientist. He later would be reassigned to work on the processing of the Zoalord Richard Guyot, and oversee his optimization. After learning of the Guyvers and Guyot's plan, he masterminded a rebellion in which the sole purpose was to have Guyot assassinated. However the rebellion known as the Arizona Incident, was stopped by the Council of Twelve and he along with three of the Proto-Zoalords were killed during the battle.
